Meeting Space Rentals

Rentals include a complimentary meeting space and seminar room.  Additional meeting spaces may be available but will be an additional cost.

Our auditorium is located on the main floor of the Ministry Centre.  There is 1 accessible washroom off the main foyer. There is a ceiling mounted projector and screen, as well as basic A/V set-up. There is an upright piano, podium, and limited mics/audio set-up available. Groups are encouraged to bring their own equipment if there are specific needs.

This room is not for table set-up and is only meant for theatre style seating.

Ideal capacity: 50-200 guests

The Fireside room is located in the basement of the Ministry Centre, accessible to a men’s and ladies washroom in the hallway. This room includes a small kitchenette with a fridge, freezer, sink, microwave, and coffee station. Ideal for minimal A/V set-up, mounted ceiling projector, and screen.

This room can be set-up in multiple ways, rectangular tables can be provided for groups to set-up as desired.

Ideal capacity: 20-75 guests

Our smaller seminar 6 seminar 7 rooms are located in the Ministry Centre basement. Accessible to the men’s and woman’s washroom in the hallway.

Seminar 6 – Ideal capacity: 15-30 guests

Seminar 7 – Ideal capacity: 15-40 guests

The Carriage House is its own individual building outside the main building and beside the McAllister House. There are no washrooms inside this building but is a short walk from the main building washrooms.

Carriage House – Ideal Capacity: 10-15 guests

Rectangular tables, projectors and screens can be provided for these rooms.
