Meals Times:
- Breakfast is at 8:30 am (Sunday breakfast is 8:15 am)
- Lunch is at 12:30 pm
- Dinner is at 5:30 pm
- We are not able to accommodate alternate meal-times.
- The Dining Hall is open for 1 hour. Please ensure your group arrives on time.
- For health and safety compliance, food is not left out for longer than 45 minutes.
Allergies
- We are not able to accommodate food preferences or diets. We are only able to accommodate gluten and dairy allergies.
- Gluten free diets are $5 per day/person.
- Although precautions are taken, we cannot guarantee against cross-contamination. For other serious allergies, please reach out to us ahead of time and we will gladly connect you with our Food Services Manager to review the menu and explore appropriate options.
Dining Hall Etiquette
- Meals are to be eaten in the Dining Hall. Please do not remove food or dishes from the dining room.
- Please place your dishes and garbage in the dish trolley in the dining room as you exit.
- Many of our workers are here on an honorarium basis. Gratuities are always welcome. We can put baskets on the tables or gratuity can be added to your final invoice.
