At GBCC, we believe that no child should miss out on the life-changing experience of camp because of financial barriers. This commitment to campers is made possible through the generosity of donors who believe the same. Each individual is eligible for one camp session per calendar year. There are many families that ask for camper sponsorship. It is our joy and privilege to help everyone – we ask that you also consider other sources of support, including family members, church support funds or other non-profit organizations. The more people and organizations that partner with us, the more kids we can support through our Sponsorship Program.

GBCC Sponsorships if approved, are available to cover up to half the fee (excluding tax) of the program camp in which you are applying for.

If you would like to apply for a camper sponsorship, please follow these instructions:

  1. Register your camper for their camp session on the GBCC Registration Portal. This will ensure that your camper has a spot at camp while the sponsorship process is completed.
  2. Once your camper(s) are registered, complete the Camper Sponsorship Request Form.
  3. GBCC will confidentially review your application and respond to you within a few days of your request. This will involve a phone call to discuss your application.
  4. When approved, GBCC will apply a credit to your account. You can pay the remaining fees prior to payment deadline.

Please Note:

  • All information related to camper sponsorship remains confidential and is viewed by the administration at GBCC for sponsorship purposes only.
  • Please allow up to two weeks for review.  Our goal is to steward the resources God has entrusted to us wisely. Thank you for sharing your family’s needs with us!
  • Sponsorships are not available for our adult programs: Trailblazers, Men’s/Ladies’ Conference, CTFM, Faithful Connections, Easter Conference, and Christmas Banquet.
