We are offering four options for refunds, as we understand everyone’s situation has been impacted differently. Anyone who has already registered for camp will need to fill out the secure online form, identifying which option you have chosen. If you do not wish to complete the form online, an email request is acceptable. Please prayerfully consider Option 3 or 4 as this will significantly assist GBCC to cover ongoing costs and help prepare GBCC to continue in the Lord’s ministry.

Option 1: Full Refund

Guelph Bible Conference Centre will issue a full refund. If the original registration and payment was online, your payment amount will be refunded back through PayPal and the refund will appear on your credit card statement. If payment was made by cheque, debit or cash, GBCC will send you a cheque. 

Option 2: Move deposits and/or payments to 2021

Prices will not be increased for the 2021 camp season. Moving your deposit/payment to next year will lessen the amount that GBCC will need to refund. We will automatically register you for the appropriate week and program in 2021. If you need to change weeks or cancel later on, we will waive all cancellation fees. 

Option 3: Donate deposits and/or payments to GBCC

Guelph Bible Conference Centre will provide a tax receipt to anyone who wishes to donate their deposit/payment to the ministry of GBCC.

Option 4: Partial Donation – Partial refund

Guelph Bible Conference Centre will provide a tax receipt to anyone who wishes to donate part of their payment to the ministry of GBCC. Please state the amount you wish to donate and we will refund the balance.
