In November 1933, John A. McAllister donated the property now known as Guelph Bible Conference Centre to the Assemblies, intending it as a hub for conferences and Bible teaching. He further invested his resources into establishing facilities, including the family homestead, known as “The Lodge,” which is over 130 years old and has endured significant settling and structural issues. Currently, a building restoration project is nearing completion, with bookings for small groups underway. In light of this renovation, it seems fitting to contemplate a new name for this historically significant building on the grounds.

Voting has officially ended. We sincerely appreciate your enthusiasm for the lodge restoration project. Stay tuned for the exciting reveal of the new name very soon! Meanwhile, we eagerly anticipate welcoming you to GBCC this year. Thank you for your support!
